The City of Tilden was recently awarded funds from the Nebraska State Department of Economic Development to complete building facade projects and sidewalk improvements in the Tilden Downtown and Highway commercial areas.  Funds from this award are anticipated to be available in the Spring of 2025 to business and building owners in the target area. 

 

Building projects will provide a 25% [of the total project] investment from the building owner. The types of projects that can receive assistance involve facade improvements such as windows, doors, tuck pointing, awnings, and signage. The Tilden Downtown Revitalization Grant Application will be available after January 1, 2025.
